Lloyd Barker is licensed to practice in all courts in the United Kingdom, the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Lloyd has been elected as a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, an honor limited to less than 1/3 of 1% of lawyers in Texas. He is also a member of the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice (formerly the American Trial Lawyers Association), and the Houston Bar Association.
